Booking and payment conditions
- An online booking submitted through this website is an expression of interest. It is confirmed only when your authorised dealer contacts you and accepts the booking.
- Any booking amount, payment schedule, and delivery timeline are agreed between you and the dealer and reflected in the dealer's invoice.
- You must provide accurate personal and contact details. Bookings made with false information may be cancelled.
- Cancellations and refunds are handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Pricing and tax disclaimer

Warranty
GOEEN vehicles are covered by a limited warranty on specific components such as the battery, motor, controller, and charger. The scope, duration, conditions, and exclusions of this coverage are described in our Warranty Policy and on the warranty card issued with your vehicle. In case of any difference, the terms printed on your invoice and warranty card prevail.
